Section R380-65-3 - Administration of Medication(1) Upon the declaration of an emergency, the department may administer a vaccine, antiviral, antibiotic, or other prescription medication that is not a controlled substance.(2) The department shall administer a vaccine, antiviral, antibiotic, or other prescription medication that is not a controlled substance in accordance with all licensing requirements in Title 58, Occupations and Professions.Utah Admin.
