Section R362-3-1 - Purpose(1) This rule is for the purposes of (a) Implementing the responsibilities assigned to the Utah Governor's Energy Advisor (Advisor), and the Utah Office of Energy Development (Office) in managing the Energy Efficiency Fund as defined in Utah Code Section 11-45-102, and implementing the associated loan program established in Utah Code Section 11-45-201; and(b) Establishing requirements for eligibility for loans from the Energy Efficiency Fund, procedures for accepting, evaluating, and prioritizing applications for loans, and the terms and conditions for loans.Utah Admin.
