Section R357-5-108 - Request for Incentive Amendment(1) A motion picture company may request an incentive amendment only under the conditions prescribed by the Office.(2) Amendments will be reviewed and approved by the UFC on a case by case basis with a written explanation for the approval or denial provided to the applicant.Utah Admin.
