Section R357-39-110 - Reporting and Cooperation Requirements(1) The awardee shall report to the office and provide documentation evidencing the following metrics for inclusion in the annual report described in section 63N-1a-306: (a) the number of participants in the program;(b) the number of participants who have completed training offered by the program;(c) any additional data needed as required and outlined in the terms of the contract.Utah Admin.
