Section R357-13-1 - Purpose(1) This rule identifies: (a) procedures by which the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity may enter into an agreement with a qualified hotel owner for the development of a qualified hotel, and authorize and set conditions for a convention incentive ;(b) minimum criteria for an agreement with a qualified hotel owner;(c) roles and responsibilities of the independent review committee;(d) procedures for calculating and paying the convention incentive; and(e) administrative procedures for the Hotel Impact Mitigation Fund.Utah Admin.
