Section R357-11-102 - Definitions(1) The following terms are defined: (a) "Micro-grant" means a grant awarded to offset the cost of a SBIR or STTR Phase I proposal;(b) "Nonrecourse loan" means a loan awarded to a company that has received Phase I SBIR or STTR funding and has submitted a corresponding Phase II proposal;(c) "Rural County" means a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class;(d) "SBIR" means the federal small business innovation research program; and(e) "STTR" means the small business technology transfer program.Utah Admin.
