Section R357-10-6 - Annual Fees(1) Recalculations: Each applicant will be notified of any recalculation of any annual fee at least ten (10) days before each annual reporting date. If no notice of recalculation is received, then the annual fee will be the same amount as it was the previous year and will be due along with the annual report as set forth in this rule and in Utah Code Section 63M-1-3510.
