Section R356-101-6 - Pre-Screening of Applications(1) CCJJ shall review the applications upon the passing of the application deadline and remove all applications submitted by applicants who do not meet the constitutional qualifications.(2) CCJJ shall provide to all members of the commission a list of all applicants identified as not meeting the constitutional qualifications.Utah Admin.
