Section R356-1-6 - Conditions for Reimbursement of Felony Offenders Sanctioned in Response to an Individual's Violation of Terms of Probation or Parole(1) Counties may be eligible for reimbursement for time spent by inmates in a county correctional facility as a sanction for a violation of the terms of probation or parole as ordered by the court or the Board of Pardons and Parole. (2) Reimbursement shall not exceed three consecutive days and shall not exceed five days within a period of 30 days. Utah Admin. Code R356-1-6
