Section R315-319-52 - Applicability of Other Regulations(a) Compliance with the requirements of Sections R315-319-50 through 107 does not affect the need for the owner or operator of a coal combustion residuals landfill, coal combustion residuals surface impoundment, or lateral expansion of a coal combustion residuals unit to comply with all other applicable federal, state, tribal, or local laws or other requirements.(b) Any CCR landfill, CCR surface impoundment, or lateral expansion of a CCR unit continues to be subject to the requirements in Section R315-302-2.Utah Admin.
