Section R315-307-4 - Standards for Closure(1) The owner or operator of a landtreatment disposal facility shall: (a) close in a manner to comply with Section R315-302-3; and(b) meet the financial assurance requirements of Rule R315-309.(3) Upon closure of a landtreatment disposal facility, the owner or operator shall record with the county recorder as part of the record of title the fact that the property has been used as a landtreatment disposal facility pursuant to Subsection R315-302-2(6).Utah Admin.
