Section R315-273-60 - Standards for Universal Waste Management, Standards for Destination Facilities - Applicability(a) The owner or operator of a destination facility, as defined in Section R315-273-9, is subject to all applicable requirements of Rules R315-264, 265, 266, 268, 270, and 124, and the notification requirement under section 3010 of RCRA. (b) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled shall comply with Subsection R315-261-6(c)(2).Utah Admin.
