Section R315-273-40 - Standards for Universal Waste Management, Standards for Large Quantity Handlers of Universal Waste - ExportsA large quantity handler of universal waste who sends universal waste to a foreign destination is subject to the requirements of Sections R315-262-80 through 262-84, shall:
(a) Comply with the requirements applicable to a primary exporter in Section R315-262-53, Subsections R315-262-56(a)(1) through (4), (6), and (b) and Section R315-262-57;(b) Export such universal waste only upon consent of the receiving country and in conformance with the EPA Acknowledgement of Consent as defined in Sections R315-262-50 through 58; and(c) Provide a copy of the EPA Acknowledgement of Consent for the shipment to the transporter transporting the shipment for export.Utah Admin.
