Section R315-273-37 - Standards for Universal Waste Management, Standards for Large Quantity Handlers of Universal Waste - Response To Releases(a) A large quantity handler of universal waste shall immediately contain all releases of universal wastes and other residues from universal wastes. (b) A large quantity handler of universal waste shall determine whether any material resulting from the release is hazardous waste, and if so, shall manage the hazardous waste in compliance with all applicable requirements of Rules R315-260 through 266, 268 and 270. The handler is considered the generator of the material resulting from the release, and is subject to Rule R315-262.Utah Admin. Code R315-273-37
