Section R315-270-210 - Hazardous Waste Permit Program - What Records Shall I Maintain Concerning My Rap?You are required to keep records of:
(a) All data used to complete RAP applications and any supplemental information that you submit for a period of at least 3 years from the date the application is signed; and(b) Any operating and/or other records the Director requires you to maintain as a condition of your RAP.Utah Admin.
