Section R315-265-77 - Manifest System, Recordkeeping, and Reporting - Additional ReportsIn addition to submitting the biennial report and unmanifested waste reports described in Sections R315-265-75 and 265-76, the owner or operator shall also report to the Director:
(a) Releases, fires, and explosions as specified in Subsection R315-265-56(j);(b) Ground-water contamination and monitoring data as specified in Sections R315-265-93 and R315-265-94; and(c) Facility closure as specified in Section R315-265-115.(d) As otherwise required by 40 CFR 265 Subparts AA, BB, and CC, which are adopted and incorporated by reference.Utah Admin.
