Section R315-265-1089 - Air Emission Standards for Tanks, Surface Impoundments, and Containers - Inspection and Monitoring Requirements(a) The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with Sections R315-265-1080 through R315-265-1090 in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in Sections R315-265-1085 through R315-265-1088.(b) The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by Subsection R315-265-1089(a). The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under Section R315-265-15.Utah Admin. Code R315-265-1089
