Section R315-264-77 - Additional ReportsIn addition to submitting the biennial reports and unmanifested waste reports described in Sections R315-264-75 and 76, the owner or operator shall also report to the Director:
(a) Releases, fires, and explosions as specified in Subsection R315-264-56(j); (b) Facility closures specified in Section R315-264-115; and (c) As otherwise required by Sections R315-264-90 through 101, 220 through 232, 250 through 259, 270 through 283, 300 through 317, 1030 through 1049, 1050 through 1079, and 1080 through 1091.
