Section R315-264-70 - Manifest System, Recordkeeping, and Reporting - Applicability(a) The regulations in Sections R315-264-70 through 77 apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as Section R315-264-1 provides otherwise. Sections R315-264-71, 72, and 76 do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources. Subsection R315-264-73(b) only applies to permittees who treat, store, or dispose of hazardous wastes on-site where such wastes were generated. Utah Admin. Code R315-264-70
