Section R315-262-44 - Recordkeeping and Reporting Applicable to Small and Large Quantity Generators - Recordkeeping for Small Quantity Generators

A small quantity generator is subject only to the following independent requirements in Sections R315-262-40 through R315-262-43:

(a) Subsection R315-262-40(a), (c), and (d), recordkeeping;

(b) Subsection R315-262-42(b), exception reporting; and

(c) Section R315-262-43, additional reporting.
