Section R315-261-9 - Requirements for Universal WasteThe wastes listed in Section R315-261-9 are exempt from regulation under Rules R315-262 through R315-270 except as specified in Rule R315-273 and therefore are not fully regulated as hazardous waste. The wastes listed in Section R315-261-9 are subject to regulation under Rule R315-273:
(a) batteries as described in Section R315-273-2;(b) pesticides as described in Section R315-273-3;(c) mercury-containing equipment as described in Section R315-273-4; (d) lamps as described in Section R315-273-5;(e) aerosol cans as described in Subsection R315-273-6; and(f) antifreeze as described in Subsection R315-273-7.Utah Admin.
