Section R315-261-400 - Emergency Preparedness and Response for Management of Excluded Hazardous Secondary Materials -ApplicabilityThe requirements of Sections R315-261-400, 410, 411, and 420 apply to those areas of an entity managing hazardous secondary materials excluded under Subsection R315-261-4(a)(23) and/or (24) where hazardous secondary materials are generated or accumulated on site.
(a) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility , that accumulates 6000kg or less of hazardous secondary material at any time shall comply with Sections R315-261-410 and 411.(b) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility that accumulates more than 6000kg of hazardous secondary material at any time shall comply with Sections R315-261-410 and 420.Utah Admin.
