Appendix VIII to 40 CFR Part 261, 2015 Ed., is adopted and incorporated by reference, with the following addition:

(a) P999 - CX, GA, GB, GD, H, HD, HL, HN-1, HN-2, HN-3, HT, L, T, and VX.
