Section R315-261-1080 - Air Emission Standards for Tanks and Containers - Applicability(a) The regulations in Sections R315-261-1080 through 1089 apply to tanks and containers that contain hazardous secondary materials excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion at Subsection R315-261-4(a)(27), unless the tanks and containers are equipped with and operating air emission controls in accordance with the requirements of an applicable Clean Air Act regulations codified under 40 CFR part 60, part 61, or part 63.Utah Admin.
