Section R315-260-3 - References to Other Statutes and Regulations(a) Federal statutes and regulations that are cited in Rules R315-260 through 266, 268, 270, 273 and 124 that are not specifically adopted by reference shall be used as guidance in interpreting the Rules R315-260 through 266, 268, 270, 273 and 124.(b) Any reference to the "Department of Transportation" or "DOT" in Rules R315-260 through 266, 268, 270, 273 and 124 shall mean the "U.S. Department of Transportation".Utah Admin.
