Section R315-124-1 - Procedures for Decisionmaking - Applicability

Unless otherwise stated, Rule R315-124 applies to any actions by the director taken under Rules R315-17, R315-101, R315-102, R315-260 through R315-266, R315-268, R315-270, R315-273, or R315-301 through R315-320.
