Section R311-600-5 - Review of Documents(a) The Executive Director may accept and review the application and site eligibility report. If the Executive Director accepts the application and site eligibility report, the Executive Director may notify the applicant of additional information required to issue an enforceable written assurance.(b) If at any point the Executive Director determines that additional, substantial characterization is required, the Executive Director may deny the issuance of an enforceable written assurance.Utah Admin.
