Section R311-600-13 - Funding(a) The applicant shall pay the required fees in accordance with the legislatively approved fee schedule. The initial fee shall be remitted with the application. If the fee schedule allows imposition of additional fees based upon additional expenses and costs incurred by the Department, the applicant shall pay the fees within the time requested by the Department.(b) The fees are not refundable unless the application is rejected without review.Utah Admin.
