Section R311-206-10 - Participation in the Environmental Assurance Program After a Period of Non-participation(1) Owners and operators not participating in the EAP must, before any subsequent participation in the EAP, meet the following requirements: (a) notify the director of the intent to participate in the EAP;(b) comply with the requirements of Subsection 19-6-428(3); and(c) meet the requirements of Section R311-206-3 to qualify for a new certificate of compliance.Utah Admin.
