Section R311-203-8 - Unattended Facilities(1) An UST facility that:(a) normally has no employee on site or is open to dispense fuel at times when no employee or trained operator is on site must have:(i) a sign posted in a conspicuous place, giving the name and telephone number of the facility owner, operator, or local emergency responders; and(ii) an emergency shutoff device in a readily accessible location, if the facility dispenses fuel.Utah Admin.
