Section R311-201-9 - Revocation of Certification(1) Upon receipt of evidence that a certificate holder does not meet one or more of the eligibility requirements specified in Section R311-201-3 or does not meet one or more of the performance standards specified in Section R311-201-6, the individual's certification may be revoked.
