Section R309-300-11 - Facilities Classification System1. All treatment plants and distribution systems shall be classified in accordance with R309-300-19.2. Classification will be made by either the point system or on a population-served basis, whichever results in a higher classification.3. When the classification of a system is upgraded or added to existing system ratings, the Director shall make a determination on the timing to be allowed for operators to gain certification at the higher or different level.Utah Admin.
