Section R307-508-2 - Applicability(1) Rule R307-508 applies to each VOC control device located at a well site as defined in 40 CFR 60.5430a Subpart OOOOa Standards of Performance for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Production, Transmission and Distribution.(2) Rule R307-508 shall apply to centralized tank batteries, as defined in Section R307-506-2.(3) Rule R307-508 shall apply to VOC control devices subject to an Approval Order issued under Section R307-401-8 beginning December 1, 2023.Utah Admin.
