Section R307-315-6 - Compliance Schedule(1) Compliance with the NOx emission requirement listed in Subsection R307-315-4(1)(c) shall be determined according to the following procedures: (a) U.S. EPA Reference Method 7E, Determination of Nitrogen Oxides Emissions from Stationary Sources;(b) other EPA-approved testing methods acceptable to the Director; or(c) combustion analysis as part of a regular maintenance schedule.(2) Compliance Determination shall be conducted once every five years.(3) The compliance schedule for this rule shall begin on May 1, 2024.Utah Admin.
