Section R307-357-9 - Variances(1) Consumer products that have been granted a variance by the CARB under the provisions of 17 CCR 94514 as of the effective date of this rule shall be exempt from complying with the VOC content limits established in Table 1 for the period of time that the variance remains in effect.(2) Any person claiming a variance shall submit a copy of the variance decision to the director upon request, including all conditions applicable to the variance before the date that the product is first marketed in the applicable counties.Utah Admin.
