Section R307-124-7 - Grant Program LimitationsGrant applications shall not be approved if:
(1) Awarding a grant to an applicant would result in the Department's inability to fulfill its obligations under this program or this rule; (2) The applicant does not meet the approval requirements of Section R307-124-5; (3) The fund balance is zero; or (4) Awarding a grant to an applicant would result in the fund balance being less than zero.
