Section R307-124-1 - Authorization and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized by Section 19-2-304, which establishes the requirements, procedures, criteria, and definitions used to determine eligibility for the Conversion to Alternative Fuel Grant Program. (2) The procedures of this rule constitute the minimum requirements for the application and the awarding of funds that are designated for the Conversion to Alternative Fuel Grant Program. Utah Admin.
