Section R305-7-623 - Matters Governed by the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act, Title 57, Chapter 25(1) This subsection R305-7-623 applies to all matters governed by the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act, Title 57, Chapter 25.(2) A request to approve a proposed agreement, modification of an agreement, or termination of an agreement shall be considered to be a Request for Agency Action and Parts 1, 2 and 6 of this Rule shall apply.Utah Admin.
