Section R277-924-2 - Definitions(1) "Eligible partnership" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53F-5-401.(2) "Eligible school feeder pattern" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53F-5-401.(3) "Grant program" means the Partnerships for Student Success Grant Program established in Section 53F-5-402.(4) "Lead applicant" means an LEA or local nonprofit organization designated by an eligible partnership to act as the lead applicant for a grant described in Title 53F, Chapter 5, Part 4, Partnerships for Student Success Grant Program and this Rule.Utah Admin.
