Section R277-914-4 - Fiscal Oversight of Student Organizations(1) A CTSO advisory board shall act consistent with fiscal procedures provided by the Superintendent.(2) A CTSO advisory board shall submit the required financial records and reports for monitoring on a schedule established by the Superintendent.(3) A CTSO's financial records shall be submitted for review whenever there is a change in the CTSO state advisor. (4) The funds designated for management of student organizations at the state level shall be dispersed by the Superintendent for CTSOs through the grants management system.(5) Additional funds allocated by the legislature as CTE student organization funds shall be used for:(a) oversight and management of state CTSO programs, including:(i) national conference travel;(iii) state level advisors, operations, and management; and(b) if funds are available, CTSO grants to an LEA.Utah Admin.
