Section R277-552-8 - Requirements for Board Approval of Process Updates Due to Changes in Board Rule(1) An authorizer with a previously Board approved process shall re-submit the authorizer's updated processes described in Subsection R277-552-2(2) within six months of the new effective date of this rule if the updates to this rule include new or amended requirements.(2) An authorizer may submit only those portions of the processes that were impacted by the updates to this rule.Utah Admin.
