Section R277-513-5 - LEA Teacher Leader Compensation and AccommodationsAn LEA should:
(1) provide a bonus, pay increase, or other monetary incentive to compensate a teacher leader for the teacher leader's time performing duties described in Section R277-513-4; and (2) reduce a teacher leader's classroom workload to provide the teacher leader time to perform the duties described in Section R277-513-4.
