Section R277-439-5 - Annual Reporting Requirements(1) A participating LEA that receives prevention block grant funds shall provide the Superintendent with a year-end report in a form and within the deadlines specified by the Superintendent.(2) The Superintendent may require additional evaluation or audit procedures from an LEA to demonstrate the use of funds consistent with the law and Board rules.Utah Admin.
