Section R277-439-2 - Definitions(1) "Comprehensive prevention plan" means the same as the term is defined in Subsection 53F-2-525(1).(2) "Participating LEA" means an LEA that: (a) applies to participate in the prevention block program described in Section 53F-2-525 and this rule; and(b) is approved by the Superintendent to participate in the prevention block grant program.Utah Admin.
