Section R277-116-6 - Due Process(1) An audit client who wishes to appeal Board action in response to an audit, shall follow the process outlined in Rule 277-102.(2) An audit client who wishes to appeal a corrective action plan established by the Superintendent based on Board action in response to an audit, shall follow the process outlined in Section R277-114-5.Utah Admin.
