Section R457-1-508 - HIV Testing(1) All contestants shall provide evidence in the form of a competent laboratory examination certificate verifying that the contestant is HIV negative at the time of the weigh-in.(2) The Commission shall only recognize as valid an examination certificate for a HIV test completed within 180 days before the contest.(3) Any contestant with a positive HIV test shall not participate in a contest.Utah Admin.
