Section R270-1-9 - Emergency Reparations Awards(1)(a) Pursuant to Section 63M-7-522, the office may make emergency reparations awards up to $1,000.(b) No time limit is required for filing an emergency reparations claim.(2) Processing of emergency reparations claims is three to five days.Utah Admin.
