Section R270-1-23 - Three Year Limitation(1) Pursuant to Subsections 63M-7-506(1)(c) and 63M-7-525(2), a reparations claim for benefits expires and the office will make no further payments with regard to the reparations claim after three years have elapsed from the date of application with the office.(2) Reparations officers may extend reparations claims that have been closed because of the Three Year Limitation if extenuating circumstances exist.Utah Admin.
