Section R156-73-303a - Continuing Education - Renewal Requirement(1) In accordance with Subsection 58-73-303(2), each licensee shall complete 40 hours of continuing education in each preceding two year period of licensure.(2) The required number of hours of continuing education for an individual who first becomes licensed during the two year period shall be prorated to the part of that two year period during which the person is licensed.Utah Admin.
