Section R156-46b-402 - Response to Notice of Agency Action in an Informal Adjudicative Proceeding(1) In accordance with Sections 63G-4-202 and R156-4-205, a notice of agency action commencing an informal adjudicative proceeding may require a respondent to file a written response or answer.(2) Unless a different date is specified in the notice of agency action, a respondent shall file a required written response or answer within 30 days of the mailing date of the notice of agency action.Utah Admin.
